Here are the details about our FAQs.

  • Scheduled Maintenance
    When a banner similar to the following appears the system is scheduled for maintenance. To find out what time this actually is locally for you, enter "UTC time now" in google. There it will display the date and time so you know when you will be able to make your changes in your shop.

  • Connector Apps
    Once we have grown we will evaluate which connector apps to add to our marketplace. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for upcoming poles that you can participate in.
  • Marketplace Shipping
    Currently allowed shipping methods are "Free" and "Fixed Price". We do not have a connector app for shippers such as Canada Post or other couriers, however, keep an eye on our Facebook page for poles that will occur as we grow. 
  • Seller Buyer Chat
    Once we have enough vendors and there's sufficient interest, we will look into adding a feature for Sellers and Buyers to directly chat. Until then, we recommend you maintain contact with customers through your email.
  • Smart Collections
    We are currently working on creating "Smart Collections". Keep an eye out for an announcement letting you know when it's set up.
  • Connector Products
    Connector products are apps that would allow you to import your products from shops like Etsy. We are currently monitoring if this is something that customers would make use of. We will be doing poles on Facebook and requesting feedback from vendors as we grow to see if anything needs to be incorporated.
